- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
