  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and flour, mixing until well combined.
  4. Mix in apple cider and vanilla extract, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in ground cinnamon.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until set in the center.
  8. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
