- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
