Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Deliciously seasoned baked garlic parmesan potato wedges that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
  • Feel free to add additional spices to taste.
