  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, butter, milk, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread cinnamon, and additional sugar on top.
  6. Roll up tightly, slice into rolls and place in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
