- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound chicken breast diced
- 1 can white beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn drained
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
