- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
