  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and Biscoff spread, mixing until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until just set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
