  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk and mix until a dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread cream cheese, then add blueberries.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and shape into a loaf.
  6. Place in a greased loaf pan and let rise again for 30 minutes.
