Blueberry Cream Cheese Loaf

A delicious and moist blueberry cream cheese loaf that combines the richness of cream cheese with the sweetness of blueberries.

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in blueberries.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before removing from the pan.
