Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Punch down the dough, then fold in the blueberries and rosemary.
  7. Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  8. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
