- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Punch down the dough, then fold in the blueberries and rosemary.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
