Blueberry Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tea bags (black or green tea)
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (to taste)
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add the tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in honey or sugar until dissolved.
  4. In a blender, puree the blueberries and strain the mixture to remove the skins.
  5. Add the blueberry puree to the tea and mix well.
  6. Serve over ice with lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish.
