  • 3 cups sourdough starter
  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, cream cheese, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest until combined.
  2. Add the flour gradually until a dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 2 hours.
  6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  7. Place the loaf in a greased baking pan and let it rise again for about 1 hour.
