4 large eggs
4 strips turkey bacon
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup diced onion
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Crumble the turkey bacon and cook it in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.
Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Add the cooked turkey bacon, bell peppers, and onions to each muffin cup.
Pour the beaten eggs on top, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Sprinkle cheese on top of each filled muffin cup.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the eggs are set.
