- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
