  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 4 oz turkey bacon
  • 4 oz chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the chicken ham until warmed through.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika until combined.
  6. Spread the turkey bacon and chicken ham evenly over the pizza dough.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the toppings and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the eggs are set.
  9. Garnish with fresh chives before serving.

Notes

  • This pizza is best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
