  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 cups cubed bread
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop the bacon.
  3. In the same skillet, cook chicken ham until heated through. Remove and chop the ham.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer cubed bread, chopped turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • For additional flavor, consider adding herbs such as parsley or chives.
  • This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
