Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas, then mix in the melted butter.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, espresso powder, and salt.
