  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
  4. Press half of the dough into the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Spread the raspberry jam over the dough evenly.
  6. Crumb the remaining dough over the top of the jam.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
