  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon chai spice blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and melted butter.
  3. Add the brown sugar and eggs, and stir until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, chai spice blend, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
