Cheesy Corn Fritters

Delicious cheesy corn fritters combined with turkey bacon and served with a dipping sauce.

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine corn, cheese, flour, eggs, turkey bacon, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Scoop batter into skillet and flatten slightly.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with dipping sauce made of sour cream and lemon juice.
