  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with saltine crackers in a single layer.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
  4. Pour the toffee mixture over the saltine crackers, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
  7. Allow to sit for a few minutes until the chocolate has melted, then spread it evenly over the toffee.
  8. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
  9. Cool completely at room temperature, then break into pieces to serve.
