Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon together.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with batter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix on top, and then cover with remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before frosting with cream cheese frosting.
