- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet.
