Creamy Garlic Parmesan Steak Pasta

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender steak, garlic, and Parmesan, perfect for a comforting weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet.
  3. Cook the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  7. Slice the steak and serve on top of the pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak in garlic and herbs before cooking.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
