  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked penne and bacon to the skillet. Toss until well coated.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, then stir in the fresh parsley before serving.
