  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sausage, cooking until the sausage is browned.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.
