  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add the Italian sausage and cook until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning, sautéing for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, followed by the crumbled turkey bacon.
  7. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet, mixing thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
