  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  2. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add rice and toast for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Place the chicken back into the skillet.
  4. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with parsley before serving.
