- 2 cups white rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup peas
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the mixture.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, add peas, and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
