  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the mixture and coat evenly.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the cooked rice and top with the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
