- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
