Crispy Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

A delicious combination of crispy Brussels sprouts and turkey bacon, drizzled with honey balsamic glaze.

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and sprinkle the turkey bacon on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the sprouts are crispy and tender.
  7. Serve warm, drizzled with extra balsamic glaze if desired.

Notes

  • For additional flavor, consider adding some crushed red pepper flakes.
  • For a vegan version, omit the turkey bacon and use maple syrup instead of honey.
