  • 1 pound spicy tuna or salmon
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice in cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it according to package instructions.
  2. Once cooked, let the rice cool and press it into a rectangular mold.
  3. Cut the rice into squares and pan-fry until crispy on both sides.
  4. Mix together the spicy tuna or salmon with soy sauce, mayonnaise, sriracha, and sesame oil.
