  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by boiling the baby potatoes until they are tender.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into pieces.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly before smashing them gently with a fork.
