Crockpot Blueberry Cobbler

This crockpot blueberry cobbler is the perfect dessert for those busy days.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine blueberries and sugar, and mix well.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
  4. Layer blueberries in the bottom of the crockpot and sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until golden brown.
