  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Place the seared chicken in the crockpot and pour the chicken broth over it.
  4. Add minced garlic.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it back into the juices.
