Crockpot Creamy Broccoli Cheddar Chicken

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Serve hot over rice or pasta.
