Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

A comforting and easy crockpot recipe that combines chicken, garlic, and parmesan with tender potatoes.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Pour chicken broth and olive oil over the top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve warm.
