Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix the oil, pumpkin puree, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before frosting.
