2 cups cooked spaghetti
1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
Stir in the shredded chicken, Rotel tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about five minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix well.
