Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add cumin and garlic powder to the beef and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour a layer of enchilada sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and cheese, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Cover the rolled tortillas with remaining enchilada sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Notes
