- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add cumin and garlic powder to the beef and stir until well combined.
- Pour a layer of enchilada sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and cheese, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in the dish.
