  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken and let it rest before slicing.
  5. Warm the tortillas slightly, then layer on chicken, mozzarella cheese, and spinach.
  6. Wrap the tortillas tightly and place them back in the air fryer for an additional 3-5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve warm.
