  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
