  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease mini loaf pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, and sour cream; mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter into the prepared loaf pans, swirling brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
