- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
