Easy Reindeer Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup buttercream frosting
  • 12 pretzels
  • 24 candy eyes
  • 12 red M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with the batter.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
  5. Frost the cupcakes with buttercream frosting.
  6. For the reindeer faces, place two pretzels on top for antlers.
  7. Add two candy eyes and a red M&M for the nose.

Notes

  • Make sure the cupcakes are completely cool before frosting them to prevent melt.
  • These cupcakes can be decorated ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
