Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the cooked orzo to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic.
  4. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
