This easy side dish features sweet corn on the cob coated in a rich garlic Parmesan butter, making it the perfect compliment to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silky threads.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over each ear of corn.
  5. Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  6. Remove from grill, brush with remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture.
