  • 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the beef in the slow cooker.
