- 1 pound black beans
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- Rinse and drain the black beans, then add them to the Crockpot.
- Add the chicken broth, turkey bacon, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, bay leaf, and bell pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
