  • 12 ounces potato gnocchi
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and diced chicken ham, cooking until warmed through.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning; bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the gnocchi to the skillet and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  5. Mix in the ricotta cheese and top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover the skillet and let simmer until the cheese is melted.
  7. Chop the cooked turkey bacon and sprinkle on top before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and use vegetable broth instead of oil.
