- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook onions and garlic until soft.
- Add ground turkey and turkey bacon, cooking until the turkey is browned.
- Stir in the cooked rice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each bell pepper with the turkey mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Place the filled peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes.
